Cooking//

my first experience with ux

Food is one of my major sources of creativity. I love how food acts on all of our senses to delight and surprise!

I used to be a chef with my own catering company for small indy film shoots in California.

I get so much joy sharing these experiences — planning elaborate meals was my first experience with UX.

The Beach//

where I go to recharge

I grew up in Southern California always playing volleyball and surfing.

Now I play for a Barcelona based mixed club that is part of the Federació Catalana de Voleibol.

The beach (or beach activities) has taught me that I recharge my spirit & energy from play.

My beautiful pup//

reminds me of our hidden struggles

My wife & I adopted our rescue pup from the south of Spain.

She lives a good life but has a severe congenital liver condition.

My pup gently reminds me every day to make no assumptions — many disabilities are invisible & many of our struggles are hidden.
